What we collect on this site

• Anonymous analytics via Vercel Analytics — page views, country, browser, device type. No cookies. No cross-site tracking. No personally identifying information.
• Server logs — including your IP address — retained for up to 90 days for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the site running. Logs are not used for marketing or profiling.
• Information you submit — if a contact form or email link is available on this site, the information you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry.

What we don't do

• We don't set tracking cookies on this site.
• We don't run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

Where the data goes

The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics and server-log data are processed by Vercel as our service provider, which may include hosting outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights under the Privacy Act

You can ask us to access or correct any personal information we hold about you. You can also complain about how we've handled your information. Email privacy@mv8.life to make a request — we'll acknowledge within 7 days and respond within 30. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Data breach notification

If we become aware of an eligible data breach that's likely to result in serious harm, we'll notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
